Help Retrieve Account details

Hi Guys. I am in need of assistance with retrieving my paypal account.

Firstly, is there an customer care email address that i can send my requests to?

my problem:

when retrieving my paypal account, the systems wants to send an OTP pin to my email first, then thereafter another OTP pin to my cell. 

the challenge im facing now is that the cell number doesn't exist anymore. and I have a new number, but i am now unable to retrieve my account because of this issue. is there a way to bypass the OTP  pin request to the cell number and only use my email address?

Thanks for asking your question in our Community. 

I understand that you are not able to verify the account. I am afraid that there is no workaround for this. In order to resolve this, you will need to call us. 

You can find our phone number if got to the 'Help & contact ' link at the bottom of each page. You can choose to 'Call us as a guest' and the phone number and opening hours will be visible.
