Have moved to Australia so need to close HK account and open Australian one. Cant update credit cards etc as only HK addresses come up
So I try and close the account as per instructions and it sends me in a very very annoying loop. Cant close...so please contact us. Cant message them; help is no help etc ... Very annoying. How do I get my account closed
