Help: Cannot acces my PayPal account: Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that it is you

Since this friday i cannot log in into my PayPal account. I tried logging in but accidentally put in my wrong password some times. Now i can not back in, i always get the message: Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that it is you.

What can i do? I can't reach someone because i can not send any mail of messages. Help me please.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I can nothing,absolutely nothing. Have send on twitter but no one help me. Paypal sucks, very much. I have some money on my account and i want to go inside my account URGENT. Facebook chat told me: no one here, Twitter is ignoring me. This is criminal bussiness!
