Friends Am Feeling so difficulties for online shopping for my kids in my country Pakistan, I have made my account in PayPal but I wish to get Paypal Card for online shopping purpose & Here isn't available PayPal service so please guide me how can I get Paypal CaRd,Thanks.

Paypal is not available in Pakistan.

You are not allowed to use another countries paypal account, if you try it will soon be limited as you won't be able to verify it.

Please is anyone there to help me out. I don't why I can't accept money in my paypal. Paypal said accept money but it's not allowing me or accepting my VISA Card.
