Hello need help creating and adding a card to my account I now currently am living in Europe Romania. My card is american I wish to make a paypal but whenever I do it asks me for the billing address on the card and since I put that I'm currently living in Romania it doesn't let me put an American Zipcode which is where the card is registered? What can I do about this or do I need to create a whole new paypal, please help anyone?
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
