So i have 2 paypal account this one and the another account, i forgot the security answer and my phone number was lost, how do i delete my account without login? because i got email from paypal in my email that was someone using my another account to buy stuff which i can't login to my account, i just want to delete my account that's all, and i got email from paypal "Your paypal account has been limited" can i just delete it?
