Yesterday, I tried to pay threw paypal from my another paypal account but it get failed due to some technical problem. so I decided to create a new account and try with it but I forgot what was the password I have set yesterday for that old account. I have the email ID access of that old account but the mobile number is not working(expired) so I have no access of it. I tried to reset the password, I entered the code from my email but after entering it it asked for the mobile number otp code and the security questions. I remember only 1 answer of them. In the new account It doesn't let me link my bank account. It says something like "The account is already exists".
So I have completely lost my access of use of Paypal. So what can I do?
