Having trouble updating Date of Birth on my account.

I recently opened a new PayPal Business account as I'm now 18 years old. I've received some money into it for some work I did but am unable to send/receive/withdraw any of it until I can verify my Date of Birth and Nationality.

 

For whatever reason, PayPal doesn't seem to think I'm 18 years old, as when I enter <removed> (my DOB) it rejects it saying I must be at least 18 years old.

 

Any ideas what I can do about this?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
