I verified my PayPal account by submitting everything and my account is running, when I tried to link my fnb online account it is saying that my PayPal account is not verified. Is it because I'm not banking with FnB and using an online account and must open an account with them, my account is verified because I have completed my profile and have no verification issue messages from paypal. please help
