Authy requires a “backups password” to let me decrypt my Paypal account. I don’t think I have ever had such a password. Authy says they don’t store passwords and can’t give me another.
I talked to PayPal by online messaging but they completely ignored my problem. They said they would email me a solution but to access the message, I have to log into my Paypal account. But the chase goes on because Authy needs the “backups password”............round and round in circles.
