My father is having difficulty logging into his account. When he tries, it says there was suspicious activity, as if someone else had tried going into his account, but when he puts in his E-Mail, it doesn't even give him the option of answering his security question, or using his phone number, or anything, it just says "this is not you." He's not getting any E-Mails about, so he can't try to get in through there and even changing his password and his secondary phone number wouldn't work! Could somebody please help give my dad some help, so he can get back into his account? It feels like we have tried everything, but nothing just seems to help.
