Having issues to enter my new phone

Hi all,

 

Does anybody know how do I enter my new mobile in my profile? You see, I want to keep my US account. I am an American citizen, working remote to an American company, but from Brazil. My bank accounts are in the US, my credit cards are from the US. But I haven't had my old US phone # in almost two years. I want to enter my Brazilian cell phone #, but they won't let me. I urgently need to buy an update to a software that only allows the purchase via PayPal. I cannot create an account in Brazil with my American credit cards. Now the account is requesting my old phone # in order to send a message. But I don't have it? Any clues? TIA, Malu
