Hey ,I had problems setting up my account as I couldn't use my real post code which is 971 01,Prievidza.I am from Slovakia ,and it seems that paypal doesn't recognize area in which I live ,I had to set up fake billing address ,how do I change it now that I finally created account ? Please help,thanks.
Its against paypal rules to use another countries paypal account, it will never work properly for you and would soon be limited as you would not be able to verify it or supply UK i.d.
Why did you not open a Slovakian paypal account?

**bleep** paypal,i am done,i created new account becouse old one cant be recovered (it keeps saying that error occured ) .And when i create new one i can't set slovakian billing adress.You can delete my account,cya.
