I have changed email address and cannot longer access my old one.
When I try to enter my new email address I get the error message that it is already occupied by someone in Italy and now I get messages in Italian and am called Anneke Vlugt (name of my mother in law). There must be some hacking. I cannot use the account linked to my old address for payments since I do not get the messages. I would like to delete the Italian account but I do not understand Italian and do not know how to do it.
