One of my email addresses is attached to an old French Paypal account. This in turn is linked to a French mobile no longer in service. Funds were mistakenly sent to this old account and now I am trying to delete the French account. However, it is nigh on impossible to contact PayPay FR without logging into which I cannot do, because of no mobile number. Can anyone please suggest a way forwards?
