The transaction amount was for £31.88
The advert told me I was buying a life like doll with a hight of 17 inches.
Doll arrived not only was it a piece of junk, it only measured 7 inches.
Made a claim.
PayPal have just informed me that my claim has been denied. They write 'This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's
description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described.
HOW CAN 7 INCHES BE SIMILAR TO 17 INCHES?
And can someone please tell me where I go from here as I feel I have been defrauded by PayPal as well at the moment.
Thank you.
