HELP!!! lost mobile device and can't log in to change the number
I have two factor authentication in my account, I no longer have access to that mobile device and I'm unable to log into paypal to even inquire about it. I had to create a different account to see if I can get someone to help, a real person, since these BOTS are useless for this situation because they are having me chasing my tail.
When I call th[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] I get stuck on automated support hell, then when I request for an agent, it tells me they can't serve my inquiry at this time. Does paypal have any actual live humans working there that can help me?
This has been the most frustrating experience with any company.
