HELP can't read Spanish

Somehow my account has been switched to Spanish and I can't read Spanish. I've sent 'help' messages twice (no response) and tried to call PayPall twice (they just say noone there to help and hang up on me. Got any ideas on how to get this fixed?

Try deleting history / cookies and then rebooting your computer and then log in again.
