I have had so many issues with PayPal in the past I canceled my account years ago. However I am trying to attend a Medical forum for school and they are only doing PayPal. You will put me behind in Medical School if I cannot create a new account!!!!! My account is limited cannot create new account and have submitted everything including bank statement to move forward. Now Im stuck waiting. I cannot be behind in school because of your carelessness and lack of common decency to your customers! Pending No Email and CANNOT CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP. CONTACT ASAP

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
