I'm sitting here in tears right now because I tried to add another account and somehow it seemed like it was linking to my other account, which would have been fine, if I could still see both. I've totally lost my other account!! That's where all of my buying, selling, payments and everything I do online are, including money I have made from selling things. It's all disappeared and it's like the other account doesn't even exist. I can't get any help from Paypal. I tried to message them and they ask me for some info, I give it and then no one says anything for like 20 minutes so I asked if they were still there and they asked more questions. Now 20 more minutes have gone by and nothing. Can any of you in this community please help me? I'm going to be physically ill, I feel like. Please help!
