HELP PLEASE

Hi! So my account literally blocked me. It says my account is limited, and when I try to resolve it doesn't let me. Plus I contacted PayPal and I haven't heard from them. I need to resolve this issue pronto because I've got some money waiting to be refunded by me. If someone knows how can I find a solution please let me know!!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
