HELP - Need to delete a record of a transaction

Someone sent a payment mistakenly to our business account.  I refunded it immediately, but the transaction still shows.  How do I delete it altogether?

The transaction cannot be deleted. As any other financial institution is designed, your transaction records cannot be erased from the system. The status should change from "Completed" to "Refunded" anyway.
