So I'm at Walmart now I'm trying to link my PayPal account to my chime account to pull money off of my PayPal account because Walmart will not accept my government issued Department of Veterans Affairs ID in the process of trying to link my account I was locked out of it I cannot get anybody on the phone and nobody's answering my messages can somebody please help me
