OK, so i have a USA paypal account ( as i used to live there ) and a UK paypal account as i live here now, i have just sold an item on Ebay in the UK and it has somehow been paid into the USA paypal account, i have no access to a bank in the USA to transfer the money, i need to close down the USA account but can't because there's money in it that can't be transferred out, also is there a way to talk to a real person at paypal either here in the UK or in the USA??
