Regarding for Changing Name. What if. if i am not married or divorce (I Am Single) can i used my Birth Certification to change my Legal name Account?

If you have had the name legally changed ie for marriage reasons etc then you can provide a legal document to prove the change.

A birth certificate won't prove a name change will it as that would be your legal name anyway.
