Funding a newly opened paypal account

Hello! i am trying to fund my newly opened PayPal account but there is no "Add money'' option. What should i do to fund my account?

That option is not available in your country, however as a buyer you never need funds in your paypal balance.

As long as you have a confirmed card linked to your paypal account then paypal will take any purchase monies directly and automatically from that card.
