Hello Community,
I have 2 Paypal Accounts one is Shopthecarterprojekt and the other is Shopthecarterprojektcloset. In the first account there is a balance, and when I transfer the balance out of the the account to either an external account or between accounts Paypal gives me an error to contact them. I cant contact them because no human being will answer the phone. Below is what I would like to do:
1. Remove the funds from Shopthecarterprojekt by transferring to an external bank account. - PAYPAL keeps saying there is an error.
2. Find out why $155 has been on hold for over a month
3. Close the Shopthecarterprojekt and soley use one account
Please help.
