[Frustrating] verify identity issue

This is getting nuts..

I've submitted all the required documents for weeks and the "identity" is still not verified. This is the second time I had this issue. 

For my previous account I had same issue, I called the support and he/she just told me to create another account as verification takes forever.

Now I am facing the same issue again and it doesn't make any sense to keep creating new accounts.

Please advise. very frustrating.
