Frustrated and very miffed

Okay this is about my last option, phone cannot help me and website says it cannot verify it is me even after I log in and even confirm phone number. Any ideas guys?

Okay FYI, I have contacted support and I cannot supply the last 4 digits of a card I shredded a long time ago so my account is now lost and useless as this is the only verification they will accept.

 

Customer lost is all I can say.
