Forgotten password but need to update other details

My son has forgotten his Paypal password and has a different mobile and bank account since he set up his paypal account. He has been unable to access any support to update his information. Please can anyone offer any advice. He was on the phone for a long time but wasn't put through to an agent. Thanks.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
