I had to make a new account just to be able to ask the community about my issue. While trying to login to my old account, I realized I don't know the password anymore. I tried to reset it, but paypal wants to send verification to my old phone number that I no longer have access to. It also won't give me any other options to verify my account and I can't get a hold of a live person to solve this problem. I wouldn't care so much, but I have money in the account from a refund I didn't expect.
