Forgot my security questions answers and I am locked out

I forgot my password so tried to change it. PayPal sent me a verification code on my email so i entered it then I was asked 2 security questions but I totally forgot the answers. I cant log in and the money on PayPal is all the money I have at the moment. We have a quarantine because of Covid and I am freaking out. How can I contact PayPal?! It is really urgent. Thank you!

Click on the message centre in your paypal account and there should be an email option OR live chat 'may' be available.

Sadly thats the only options at the moment.

 I tryed to call at that nuber. NOT WORKING. My account is locked. I forgot my security questions too. 
Its not possible connet to account,ant visit help center.
My position now,delet my old account,and creat new one,becouse it lost now,and i cant make new one,when that one is like ''open''.
