Forgot my password

I have another account and I forgot my password. I have to choose 2 options to verify myself (send code to my email/ send code to mobile number/ answer the security question). My problem is that my phone number changed, and I was very young when I registered so I don't remember the answers. Please help!!!

Dear @PayPal_JonK,

I tried to phone the telephone numbers, but in my country these numbers belong to hungarian companies. Nobody can help me. 

I can photocopy my id card and everything to prove that the email and the account belongs to me. Please help!
