Forgot PayPal password and don’t have access to my Mobile Number

I forgot my PayPal password and I don’t have access to my mobile number anymore. Also, I don’t have any cards or security questions linked. I do however have access to the email

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account. Do not log on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.

I tired this but it didn’t take me to guest account, it just had my email address.

i want to change my password, log into my account which will be connected to my current mobile number and view the transactions which are coming out of my bank account which I don’t recognise and there is no one to call or speak to.
