Forgot Password

I forgot my password to my account so I created a new one. However, when entering the credit card info on my new account, it stated that it is already on another account. The problem occurred when I try resetting the password and two security questions came up to which I’ve written somewhere and unfortunately I cannot remember the answer to those two questions. Is there a possibility that I can still get that card off the old account and onto my new one?

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

If you have x2 of the same type then you risk both being limited.

Your best bet is to get hold of customer services and see if you can regain access to your original account.
