I forgot my password on an old account, and the only method I could use for retrieval is email, sms and calling doesnt work since I dont receive anything after selecting it, i forgot my security answers and the cards I used on it were obsolete so I dont remember them. So I need help accessing, Im having trouble making a call since im from the philippines and I cant really have a toll on my number when I make an international call since im kinda broke.

Yes I did message them on facebook but I was told to make a call due to the limited capabilities, which I sadly cannot since I cant make international calls. Is there any email or chat support instead?
