My last name is off by one letter. When I signed up i accidentally used a B instead of an N at the my name so i went to fix my name as shown in help. I was under the impression you could change 1-2 characters in your name if they were incorrect and only one time after creating the account. I have never changed the name on my pay pal before and it is concerning that when I went to change my last name so I could connect my account to my bank that it said I could not fix my name. It said I put in too many characters but I had only changed the one character. I did this 5 times, asked family members if I spelt my name wrong and looked for any accidental spaces, no errors were found. Please help I use pay pal for a lot of sites and currently am unable to buy anything online.
