Can someone please point me in the direction of where I can find the fees structure.

This is so that I can charge it in the billing.

Thank you for sharing the link, it is very much appreciated.

I am actually a personal account holder, received funds from overseas.

Would I still be looking at the section as per your suggestion. 

I received an amount in my PayPal account that is an approximate 5% deduction from the actual amount sent from overseas.

What are you opinions ?
