Failure to Reach Homepage of App

I cannot reach my home page on the PayPal application. This is infuriating. As such, I am unable to make a fund withdrawal. Is this a virus or glitch?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. 

This is not an issue that has been reported but I am sorry that it has been causing you difficulty. I recommend removing the app from your device and reinstalling it from the store. This should resolve any temporary glitches that may be occuring. You can also try withdrawing your money by logging in on a browser.
