Good day. I raised my question on behalf of my company. We have submitted/ uploaded the Letter of Authorisation several times but yet successful and no any feedback and response from PayPal. Due to the failure upload of the letter of authorisation, Paypal was on hold the balance in our account since June 2020.
Appreciated if PayPal team reply us with a solution on above issues. Thank you.
