Hi guys, I am finding it hard to link my South African bank card to pay Pal hence I can't withdraw my funds , what can I do . I think our card works differently to the American bank cards. Please may you assist me.
Whenever you add or edit a card on your PayPal account, our credit card processor will temporarily place a $1.00 USD charge on your account as part of this authorization process. So you have to make sure that you have at least this amount on your card or equivalent.
You can also try to clear cache and cookies or change the browser.
I'm actual looking for the procedure on how to link a non American card , the money is there I think I did mention this, the problem is the procedure to link the card so that I can withdraw my money.
