Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty uploading a document. If the error is indicating that the file size is still too large, please try reducing the size further. Most jpg images can be reduced significantly more, allowing for easy upload or emailing. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
