So basically i lost my SIM Card which was used for 2FA ( basically the card got expired and the phone company deleted the number from the system ) and the best PayPal support could offer me was to create new account ( how hard is to edit the phone number etc on the existing one? ) and the funny part is now i can't even add my bank account because it's being used in the previous "locked" paypal.



Is it even normal? Because honestly i can't tell if it's actually impossible or the employee was lazy or i had not enough identity proof ( even tho i offered to upload/tell whatever ).
