I have an italian paypal account associated to an expired italian mobile number. At the login, Paypal is asking to write a code sent to the expired mobile number. I cannot write the code sent to that italian mobile number because the number is expired. I called in Milan, Uk and California (US), everyone closed. What can i do ?
