Error with data saving

Hello, I have problems saving data in my paypall account. My company is registered in the UK, a bank in the Czech Republic, and I live in Russia now.

When filling in the fields, part of the data is not saved:
Personal Information
Business Information
Beneficial Owner

How do I proceed and verify my corporate account?
