Error with contacting paypal and no response for 3 days .

Hi

Can someone please help me? It seems to be an absolutely IMPOSSIBLE task to get anyone from paypal to help me. 

There is an error on my homepage and when then it goes blank after I log into my account. 

This is crazy. Is there customer service always so very bad?

I tried to call many times and after hours of waiting, the person said he can't help cause he's not from tech support. 

I tried to email them and they send me a msg to say call them. 

I chat to them and auto response says to me function not available! 

I go to resolution centre and it takes me to chat!.

It is insane!
