Error on entering the code to link my credit card and my linked credit card was been removed

Very dissapointed I already link my credit card on my PayPal 12hrs ago. Then they told me to confirm my credit card and enter the code. I Recieve a text message that my credit card was been deducted of 100pesos.then I enter the code but error i tried two times to enter the code but still error then I go to my paypal to look for the code but I can't find the code and I saw on my PayPal homepage that my linked credit card was been removed. Its makes me angry because I have to link again my credit card and I'm gonna pay for another 100 pesos. What should I do.. I pay 100 pesos for nothing

Every time you request a code to confirm a card or bank account it cancels the previous request/code.
If you input the first code to arrive it would be the cancelled one.
Do that 3 times with the first code and you would no longer be able to confirm your card or bank account that way.
The correct code would have been the second (or last) code you requested.

You would need to wait until the phones are up and running again and then ask customer services to add it for you.
They would probably request that you upload a copy of your card or bank statement to prove ownership of the account as you couldn't manage the code method.
