Error login

Hello. i can't access paypal account. i tried password change. i get email verification code. i give it on paypal page but it also requires phone authentication. unfortunately I already have that old phone number.

I am reporting for another account in which the system reported that my login email failed! I tried calling the singapore office and there was no one to assist due to Covid! What a joke! and Paypal have no system to report this via email, when the account holder can't even login to his account already, how can they participate in this forum if they do not have alternate accounts?! Please help.
