Hi, i have 2 computers and 2 smartphones in home. I can access paypal with all but one, one computer, the newest. I already have tried to do in cmd as administrator ipconfig /flushdns nbtstat -R nbtstat -RR netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset And restarted the computer. I have tried mozilla firefox, google chrome and internet explore, and it's a problem that continues to happen even almoste three months apart. I really don't know what is happen, and i already have tried to use a VPN, and still doesn't work. Any ideas? Please help!
