Hello, I just want to know if I can change my whole information in my paypal account.I want to change the whole name. I really want to make a new account and gave it to my mom but since we're currently living here in Thailand and unfortunately paypal app is not available as of the moment. Hoping for your response guys. Thank you.

You can only change a name for 2 minor character errors OR for legal reasons.

You can't change a fake name or another name to an alternate name.
